My name is Abid Hussain. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering and I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Cyber Security at University of the West of Scotland.
I am passionate about teaching and mentoring students across both academic and technical subjects. I can confidently teach:
Mathematics – Strong conceptual foundation and advanced problem-solving
Physics – Clear explanation of concepts with numerical applications
English – Grammar, communication skills, and academic writing
Chess – Strategy, tactics, and logical thinking development
Astrology – Chart analysis and predictive techniques
Python Programming – From basics to intermediate coding, logic building, and practical projects
Cyber Security Fundamentals – Core concepts such as networking basics, threats and vulnerabilities, risk management, ethical hacking foundations, SIEM basics, and security best practices
With my background in Computer Science and specialisation in Cyber Security, I combine analytical thinking with practical knowledge. My teaching approach focuses on clarity, structured learning, and real-world application rather than rote memorisation.
My goal is to help students build strong fundamentals, logical reasoning skills, and confidence in both technical and academic subjects.

My name is Abid Hussain, and I am a dedicated educator with a strong academic and technical background. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Cyber Security at University of the West of Scotland.
I am passionate about teaching and helping students build clarity, confidence, and strong conceptual foundations. I can effectively teach Mathematics and Physics, focusing on logical reasoning, numerical problem-solving, and deep conceptual understanding rather than rote memorisation. In English, I help students improve grammar, communication skills, and academic writing.
Alongside academics, I also teach Chess, emphasising strategic thinking, tactical awareness, and analytical decision-making skills that enhance overall intellectual development. Additionally, I have knowledge of Astrology, where I guide learners in understanding chart analysis and predictive principles from a structured perspective.
From a technical standpoint, I teach Python programming, covering fundamentals, logic building, data structures basics, and practical coding applications. I also provide guidance in Cyber Security fundamentals, including networking basics, threats and vulnerabilities, risk management concepts, ethical hacking foundations, and security best practices.
With a strong analytical mindset and structured teaching approach, my goal is to simplify complex topics and make learning engaging, practical, and result-oriented for students at different levels.
