About Claudia

I am a very calm girl, with patience and trust. I have been doing sports since I was very young and I have always informed myself about nutrition and about everything related to losing fat and gaining muscle mass. I have a high knowledge of gym exercises (either to do at home, on the street or in a gym) and also, for a while, I went to meditation classes in which I have learned a lot and I can extend my knowledge to other people .

About the lesson

My teaching method depends a lot on the person I am teaching. If you have any difficulties or need to learn in a specific way, I adapt to the circumstances. Besides this, I like to prepare fun activities to make the classes more enjoyable.

Claudia es una gran profesora. Es muy paciente, amable y se esfuerza mucho en darlo todo por ayudar.
Ha dado clases a mi hermano pequeño de 14 años que estaba en la ESO y gracias a ella aprendió a centrarse en los estudios, aprobar las asignaturas y sobre todo saber diferenciar cuando es momento de jugar y cuando es momento de estudiar. La recomiendo 100%.
