About Tara
I’m a 21 year old final year undergrad student studying history and politics in UCD. I live in Marino but will be in UCD four days a week which will allow me to teach leaving certificate students both in North and South Dublin. I completed my LC in 2021 and achieved a H1 in history. I did my research project on Irish female republican prisoners during the Troubles. Irish 20th century history is my passion and favourite time period of history. During my leaving cert course, I covered the chapters: the pursuit of sovereignty, Northern Ireland, dictatorship and democracy, and the United States.
