About Kylie

Hi I’m Kylie,
I absolutely love to travel and am always on the move. But somehow I’ve created a plan that I can follow with my busy schedule and stay fit and healthy. I’m a hybrid athlete and train to be strong, not for aesthetics.

About the lesson

It took me years of studying to learn about how different females need to eat and train to lose body fat and build lean muscle and maintain it. Focusing on whole foods that feed the good bacteria in our gut will change your body and your mind. This is what my coaching is all about. GUT HEALTH AND GETTING STRONG!
