About Stephen
I’m currently working on as a Personal trainer as well as a Swim instructor. I have been passionate about two things, fitness and teaching. Being a personal trainer is about teaching people about proper health. That’s what I bring to the table. I want to provide people with my knowledge so they can lead their best lives!

The most important part of a lesson is understanding my client. As someone with a learning disability, I very much understand that people take in information in different ways. As someone who teaches, it’s important to understand how people process information. Everyone has their way of learning and it’s my job to tailor my lesson to the individual.
