Deadly! I’m not the type to write long reviews, but after just seven sessions with Molly, I have to share how incredible she is. If I could pay $1,000 an hour to train with her, I would—it’s honestly that worth it. She didn’t just dive into workouts—she took the time to assess where I was at and created a program perfectly suited to me. The best part is how she gradually increases the challenge, always pushing me without overwhelming me.
She’s always keeping a close eye on my posture and form, making sure I’m doing each move correctly and safely. That focus on form has been huge—not only am I avoiding injuries, but I’m also seeing way better results. Molly's ability to mix professionalism with motivation (and some serious fun) is unmatched. I’ve never looked forward to workouts until now and I actually enjoy them. I can only imagine how great I’ll feel after a couple of months working with her.
