About April
I have been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for 4 years and I absolutely love it. It all started with my personal journey before losing over 50 pounds. I always struggled with weight loss. I would lose weight and then gain even more back. This was a repeat cycle for me until I finally decided something had to change. I started being intentional with my workouts and nutrition and the results finally came. That is how I developed my passion for wanting to help other women do the same. I know how hard it can be to stick to a routine, especially when you feel like you do not see any results and I also know how intimidating it can be working out around a bunch of people who already seem fit and in shape. I want to help women find their confidence and fall in love with themselves along with the process.

Each session is about 45 - 60 minutes long and are custom tailored to each individuals needs and fitness goals. Every session will begin with a dynamic warm up, then we will go in to the workout, followed by some static stretching to cool down.
These sessions are great for beginners looking for a routine that is actually achievable and can be fit in with your everyday busy life.
