About Joshua
I am a 24-year-old Personal Trainer searching for a job where I can help people feel good about themselves and their bodies. I've grown up all my life in South Africa in a sporting environment with cricket, rugby and football being my main sports I was attracted to the behind-the-scenes training that took part in the build-up to the season and during the season to keep the players healthy, fit and at their highest level. From this I wanted to be involved and help the future generations so I opted to do a National Diploma in Fitness through HFPA, where I learnt loads of new things and was able to partake in practicals and just be really hands-on. 5 years later I've worked at 3 different schools, 2 in South Africa and 1 in Malaysia where from all these different schools I was exposed to different cultures, backgrounds and people. I hope to chat to you soon and plan a session or two to show that I'm ready to take you to the next level!

Working online I will offer special programmes dedicated to your specific goals and if any limitations. Nutritional guidance will be provided and I will assist in working out the best macro intake for whatever your goals are in this period. I will also provide daily check-ins as well as a weekly call to chat and discuss how you're feeling whether it be too difficult or too easy and with these check-ins I will also be offering help with technique, showing the correct technique and offering alternate exercises to assist with the best workout to make you feel the most accomplished by seeing results as soon as can be.

I have tried to make my prices affordable with specials on the lesson packages, thus saving you extra money when wanting to work on bettering yourself! The first 30-minute session is free as I'd love to speak to you and see what level you're at, what experience you have and if there are any injuries that could affect the workout and or your health.
