About Adrian
I spent much of my early career in food service as the Vice-President of Operations and Licensing for a multinational food corporation. I transitioned into technology having launched a successful technology infrastructure business before eventually moving back into food service as a unique multi-unit QSR operator and supplier for multiple national chains.
After exiting food service, I entered the non-profit world and have received multiple local, regional, state, and national awards for my work as CEO and Executive Director of several highly impactful organizations. I serve on multiple state- and national-level boards where my work has overseen delivery of multiple millions of dollars in grant awards across the nation.
Additionally, I hold a Master of Science degree in Health Education with a focus on behavioral theory. Much of my executive coaching relies on proven behavioral techniques to increase longterm adoption of highly-effective habits.
As I transition into a slower-paced lifestyle and begin thinking about retirement, I believe that helping others achieve success will be a very rewarding next chapter in my life.
