About Rafael

My name is Rafael, and Portuguese is my native language. I am also a polyglot and use the four languages I speak daily: Portuguese, French, English, and Spanish. I also teach French, which has strengthened my understanding of how languages are learned and how to guide students effectively. Using multiple languages every day allows me to deeply understand how communication works and the challenges students face when learning a new language.

Growing up with Brazilian Portuguese and actively using several languages has given me a strong awareness of pronunciation, structure, and cultural nuances. I don’t just teach grammar rules — I help you understand how to express yourself naturally and confidently.

I am patient, professional, and attentive to each student’s needs. I adapt my teaching to your level and goals, and I am committed to helping you make real, measurable progress in a supportive and structured learning environment.

My goal as a tutor is to help you build confidence, develop independence, and truly feel comfortable speaking Portuguese.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is practical, relaxed, and focused on helping you speak Portuguese with confidence. As a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker, I focus on real communication from the start. I use conversation, useful everyday expressions, and personalized feedback to help you improve naturally and quickly.

A typical lesson includes reviewing what you already know, learning new vocabulary or expressions, and practicing through conversation. I adapt each lesson to your pace and your goals, so you always feel comfortable and motivated.

What makes my lessons different is that I create a supportive environment where you can speak without fear of making mistakes. My goal is to help you become independent and speak naturally step by step.

My lessons are perfect for beginners starting from zero, as well as students who already know some Portuguese and want to improve their fluency and conversation skills.
