About Kate
I have a bachelors degree in Sociology and a minor in public health from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in the United States.
I have had multiple customer service jobs in the states that have helped me to strengthen my communication skills and my ability to successfully work with people.
I also am a student myself, currently working on learning Spanish. This gives me an understanding of how to successfully help others learn a language.
