About Beth
I am a native English speaker, with two GCSEs in English and an A-Level in English Language. I study French and British Sign Language, Interpreting and Translating at University, so I understand how languages are taught/learned as I am a student too!

My teaching method is a mix of the direct method (speaking and using the language from the start, encouraging confidence and learning through making mistakes) and the audio-lingual method (using repetition, reading and writing to reinforce what you have learned. I encourage asking questions, gaining constructive criticism and learning from your mistakes as a way to develop your language skills.
