I was born and raised in the New England region of the USA. I am an engineering college graduate, have traveled extensively, and have taught English informally in other countries (mostly in South Korea and Japan). My lessons are like chats with friends. They are for people who are fluent in English, but would like to practice sounding more natural. I will teach you slang from my home region of New England, and other slang from across the USA. Are you interested in learning about intimate conversation styles? How to flirt, romantic slang, what to talk about when you go on a date? If so, I'm the perfect tutor for you! :)
I like to teach in a very relaxed manner. I believe that in order to be comfortable speaking a language you must be comfortable with whom you are speaking. I have a personal No Judgment policy when it comes to teaching. Learning is very important and teaching well is a noble act that requires understanding, patience, and genuine care from a teacher. I will never get angry with you or correct you harshly; that is not my style.
