About Agathe
I am a native French speaker and studied at the Lycée Français de Londres, where I completed my education in the French system. I am now starting my degree in Economics and Statistics at UCL.
I am naturally friendly, patient and bubbly, and I have always enjoyed being around children. I want my students to feel comfortable and confident rather than feel pressured when learning a new language. I am motivated by seeing children make progress and become more confident in something that may initially seem difficult.
Being a student myself, I understand the importance of patience, encouragement and finding an approach that works for each individual. I would love to share my French language and culture with younger students and help them develop a genuine enjoyment of the language.

My lessons are personalised to each child’s level, personality and learning goals. As a native French speaker educated in the French school system, I can help children develop accurate pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar and confidence in French while making the language feel natural and enjoyable.
I believe children learn best when they feel comfortable and encouraged, so I create a friendly and supportive atmosphere where they can ask questions, make mistakes and gradually become more confident in French. Whether they are starting from scratch, already speak some French or need support with their schoolwork, I adapt my approach to what will help them progress most effectively.
