About Rayane
Hi! I’m Rayane, a native French speaker from France, now based in Melbourne. I hold a Master’s degree in Communication from CELSA – Sorbonne University and have a background in Philosophy.
I have experience teaching French to learners of different ages, backgrounds, and levels, both one-on-one and in small groups. I particularly enjoy helping students move beyond simply “learning French” and start feeling genuinely comfortable using it — whether that means having a conversation, travelling in France, preparing for an exam, or connecting with French-speaking people.
My lessons are fully personalised to your level, goals, and interests. Depending on what you need, we might work on conversation, pronunciation, grammar, writing, vocabulary, or listening, always with a strong focus on practical, real-life French.
As someone who has studied, worked, and travelled internationally, I also love bringing culture and real-world context into my lessons. I want my students to understand not only what French people say, but how and why they say it.
Whether you're a complete beginner or an advanced learner, my goal is to make French feel accessible, interesting, and genuinely useful — while helping you build the confidence to use it in real life.

I'm a native French speaker from France with a Master's degree in Corporate Communication from CELSA – Sorbonne University, and I offer personalised 1:1 French lessons for adults, teenagers, and children of all levels.
Whether you're starting from scratch, preparing for a trip to France, studying French at school or university, or simply want to finally feel confident speaking French, I'll adapt every lesson to your level, goals and interests.

I don't believe that learning French should mean spending an hour filling in grammar exercises.
My lessons combine conversation, structured learning and real-life French, with materials and activities adapted specifically to you.
As a native French speaker who has lived, studied, and worked internationally, I can also help you understand the cultural side of the language — not just what is grammatically correct, but how French is actually spoken and used.
