About Justine

Bonjour! I’m a native French student currently studying Languages and Culture at university in London, majoring in Spanish and minoring in Italian. I’ve always been passionate about languages and communication, and I love helping others discover how enjoyable learning a new language can be. I have a C1 level in English, and I also have experience teaching English to children aged 4 to 13. This has taught me how to adapt to different learning styles and make lessons both engaging and effective. I’m patient, organised, and dedicated to creating a positive learning environment where every student feels supported and motivated. As a native French speaker, it would be a real pleasure for me to share my language and culture with others. I can help with pronunciation, fluency, and understanding French culture, all while making lessons fun and tailored to your goals. Whether you’re learning for school, travel or personal interest, I’ll do my best to make you feel confident and excited about your progress!

About the lesson

My approach to tutoring is all about adapting to each student’s personality and learning style. I usually teach lessons lasting between 30 minutes and 1 hour, depending on the child’s needs and attention span. I have experience with kids and teenagers, and I will always try to create a welcoming, encouraging environment where they feel comfortable learning and expressing themselves in French. I learned to shape my lessons based on what works best for each student — some prefer a more structured approach with grammar and exercises, while others enjoy a fun, conversational style with games and creative activities. I would like to design my lessons around the child’s interests to keep them engaged and motivated. I use a mix of online resources and my own materials to cover all aspects of the language — speaking, listening, reading, and writing. My goal is to help every student feel confident and happy when speaking French while making steady progress in all areas.
