About Magali

Experienced native French teacher from France, twice certified with 20+ years of teaching. Passionate, patient, and professional, I enjoy helping students build confidence and succeed in French. I help students succeed in IB and VCE French, support French expatriate children with written French, and help adults improve their conversational skills.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is interactive and structured, focusing on conversation, pronunciation, grammar and confidence building. I adapt each lesson to the student’s level and goals, using relevant and engaging learning tools to make progress both effective and enjoyable.

I currently work in a private school, supporting students preparing for VCE French oral exams, and I also help students preparing for IB French assessments. I closely follow the official exam guidelines and assessment criteria to ensure students are well prepared and confident.

I also support French expatriate children who wish to maintain and develop their written French skills while living abroad. For these students, I follow the French National Education curriculum to ensure continuity with the programmes taught in France.

For young learners, whether they are French expatriate children or students learning French as a foreign language, I use games and a variety of learning materials to keep lessons engaging, interactive and motivating.
