About Pascal
I am a friendly, relaxed and patient French-born tutor with over 25 years experience in teaching French as a second language. My approach to tutoring provides solid grounding work on the structure of the French language (grammar and spelling rules, for example) to form the basis of a strong grasp of the language which my students can build upon at every stage of their learning. I use a wide variety of methods, tailored to the student’s personal needs, to ensure that my students’ weaknesses in any area of the language are properly addressed. In my opinion, learning a language also needs to be a pleasant experience, therefore I always try my best to make my lessons fun, interesting and meaningful for the people I teach. Please do expect to get a bit of homework to complete between lessons I don’t "drown" my students in homework; however it helps keeping the mind fresh on what has been worked on from lesson to lesson, and it is an important part in the process of learning to get the opportunity to keep track of where the students are at every stage of their learning.
