About Jonah
I have lived in Germany for an aggregate of four years, as well as having visited many times. I went through high school in both countries and had to take English classes in Germany and German classes in the U.S., so I am familiar with the various teaching techniques and have a good understanding of the local culture and day-to-day life, which will help tie our lessons to practical themes and ensure a deeper education than just learning vocab.

Due to my mom being German and my dad being American, as well as me going to school in both Germany and the US, I am uniquely qualified to teach German to Americans and I have lots of lived cultural experience as well.
I specialize in teaching speaking German, but I can also help with vocab and reading/writing. My teaching style focuses on immersion and cultural connections.
