About Johanna
Hallo! I'm Johanna, a 25-year-old student from Germany, living in Dublin. I'm currently doing a Masters degree at Trinity and I love languages. After several years of studying languages intensively, I started tutoring privately as well as teaching at a public school. I'm happy to help you improve or start learning German and Chinese. Depending on your needs and goals we will decide together on what to focus on during your lessons. I believe that a full immersion in a new language is needed in order to reach fluency, therefore I like to conduct lessons mostly in German so that you get the most out of it. Lessons are usually between 30 and 60 minutes long, but we can adapt according to what you need. I have years of experience with children as well as adults and believe that anyone can learn this tricky but also fascinating language!
