Elisa is super reliable and extremely patient! She is very understanding with pronunciation and timings of the lessons too - this flexibility is really important for me (due to my hectic work schedule). I also love that she tries different techniques and regularly checks in with what works for me. For example, doing flash cards together really boosted my vocabulary because it is best for my memorisation and she supplied all the equipment for us to make together!
