About Lisa
I’ve always been fascinated by languages and love helping people communicate and learn new ones. I have experience teaching German to English speakers and English to German speakers, so I understand the challenges from both perspectives. I bring a warm, fun, and approachable personality to my lessons, making learning enjoyable. At the same time, my background in basketball has taught me discipline and the value of hard work, so I combine structure with creativity to help my students achieve real progress

I tailor my German lessons to each student’s needs. We start from what you already know, identify what you need to learn, and focus on areas where you want to improve. If you want to speak more confidently, we practise improvised conversations and work on building your confidence—because language learning is as much about mindset as it is about grammar. I emphasise repetition of vocabulary and key phrases, provide some homework to reinforce learning, and make lessons fun and interactive. My goal is to help you make real progress while enjoying the process
