About Verena

I studied Social Work and I worked as a child care teacher since 2010, now being a mum of a 6-year-old daughter. I love to share my passion about languages and would like to help you set up a foreign language. I worked as a Volunteer with Asylum seekers in Germany, gave lessons in an orphanage and to nuns in India, teaching basic English and German. I taught Guitar and Percussion as well.

About the lesson

I am flexible and adaptive to the needs and interests of my students. Beginners and quick access to the language for travelers by basic vocabularies and speaking practice, fun is a main factor. Even an Advanced conversation level by discussing different topics is my focus in a relaxed atmosphere. At the moment I can’t take new students until the end of 2023 due to moving overseas.

Deadly! Verena is great with my 12 year old. My daughter is acquiring vocabulary and grammar much more quickly than in the class room. The lessons are also enjoyable - Verena is a good teacher. I recommend her!
