About Isabel
Hi! I’m 23 and recently moved to London. I’m German-American but grew up mostly in Brussels, so I’ve always lived between different cultures and languages. I actually learnt French with a tutor when I was 12, so I know exactly what it feels like to be on the student side of things. I’m a musician, and I work as a nanny and tutor to support my creative work. I love helping children and beginners gain confidence with languages in a relaxed, friendly environment.

I am half German and speak the language fluently, though it is my second language. While I’m not perfect with every advanced word or grammar rule, I’m very confident teaching beginners and providing clear, supportive guidance. I also work as a nanny, so I’m experienced in helping children learn in a patient, encouraging way. I would be happy to provide a reference from my current employers if necessary. My lessons are relaxed, friendly, and tailored to help young learners and beginners build a strong foundation in German.
