About Birka
I'm a native German speaker and have been tutoring English and German. I have tutored English in Germany and German in the US. I have tutored students of all ages with great success. From older students traveling to Germany and needing guidance , to middle and high school students.

My name is Birka, I'm in my mid 40, a mother of two, and I love to work with students of all ages. I have worked with middle and high school students and adults. I follow the students' lesson plans and I like to teach the students about German culture and traditions. I am flexible and can adapt to my student's needs. In addition I like to incorporate German books, comics and games into my tutoring sessions.

Cancellation policy:
I'll send out a reminder every Sunday for the session(s) of the week ahead
If you need to cancel your session please give me at least a 2 hour notice
If you miss your session without a 2 hour notice you have to pay me for a full session
