About Sara

I am a native Japanese speaker based in Melbourne who is currently studying linguistics and foreign languages at university.

My experience learning French for these past 7 years has taught me how language learning can be a truly fun and enriching experience depending on how we approach it. As an experienced language learner, I will be able to offer you a unique and interesting language learning experience that I believe is the most natural and effective way of mastering a foreign language.

I am also very passionate about Japanese culture and the language in general and I am very excited to help students learning Japanese boost their confidence and become more fluent.

About the lesson

My lessons will incorporate lots of communication/pronunciation practice, such as reading short Japanese texts out loud and formulating responses to questions, as this will help you express yourself in a more natural way in writing.

I am available to teach Japanese from beginner level.
