About Masato

I am a native Japanese speaker who has been living in Canada for the past two years. During this time, I have communicated daily in both Japanese and English, which helps me connect easily with people from different backgrounds.

I am currently pursuing a professional soccer career, and through sports I have learned the importance of teamwork, communication, and motivation. I am very friendly and open-minded, and I can quickly build a comfortable and positive relationship with my students.

I enjoy meeting new people and believe that language learning should be fun, natural, and stress-free. My goal is to help students feel confident and enjoy speaking Japanese from the very beginning.

About the lesson

My lessons focus mainly on practical, conversation-based Japanese that you can use in real life. I adjust each lesson to your level, goals, and interests, whether you are a complete beginner or want to improve your speaking fluency.

I explain Japanese clearly in English, so you don’t need to worry if you are not confident yet. We can practice pronunciation, natural expressions, and everyday conversations at a comfortable pace.

If you are interested, I can also teach casual and youth Japanese, including slang and natural phrases commonly used by young people in Japan. This is optional and always adapted to what you want to learn.

My goal is to help you feel relaxed, confident, and motivated while learning Japanese.
