Yoshi is an incredibly patient teacher and cares a lot about the comfortability of his students! We had a lesson together, and he was kind enough to prepare a personalized slideshow highlighting my areas of struggle. He also noted down anything I wasn't able to understand, and at the end we came back to review them which helped me learn those words better! His English proficiency is also great, which was really helpful for anything I couldn't explain/ask in Japanese. Overall, I learned a lot with just one lesson, and being able to practice speaking Japanese (with Yoshi to correct any mistakes) made me feel like I could definitely improve my fluency with more lessons!!
