As a native Mandarin speaker and Master of Education student at the University of Melbourne, I combine strong language proficiency with professional knowledge of teaching and learning. About the lesson

Hello! My name is Ning, and I am a native Mandarin speaker currently studying a Master of Education at the University of Melbourne.

I believe that language learning should be engaging, practical, and tailored to each student's needs. My teaching approach focuses on building confidence through interactive activities, real-life conversations, and step-by-step guidance. Depending on your goals, lessons can focus on speaking, listening, reading, writing, pronunciation, vocabulary development, or exam preparation. Thus, I provide personalised lessons and adapt the lesson content and pace to suit your learning style and objectives.

A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged if needed. Each lesson is carefully planned to ensure students make steady progress while enjoying the learning process.

I am passionate about helping students who are interested in learning Chinese and exploring Chinese culture. In addition to lesson time, I am happy to answer questions and provide guidance whenever students encounter difficulties in their learning. My goal is to support students throughout their learning journey and help them achieve their Chinese language goals with confidence.
