About Abigail

Hi! I’m a native Spanish speaker, born and raised in Mallorca (Spain) where I completed 16 years of education in an Spanish school. I later moved to the UK and completed my A-Levels, including Spanish.

I’m currently a second-year Student Midwife at the University of Manchester, and I really enjoy helping people learn in a relaxed, supportive way.

I know from experience what it feels like to have a tutor and to be in the position of learning something new — so I always do my best to make the people I work with feel comfortable, supported, and never judged. My goal is to create a space where you feel confident speaking, even if you make mistakes, because that’s how real progress happens.

Spanish is a beautiful language, and I want to help you learn it in a way that feels natural and enjoyable, while still being effective and structured when needed.

Lessons are supposed to be friendly, interactive, and adapted to your pace. I focus on helping you actually use Spanish in real life but can also help memorise rules.
Everything is flexible — we can adjust lesson length, focus, and structure as we go and you’re free to pause or stop at any time if your needs change.

My current rate is £12 per hour as I am just starting out on Superprof. I will gradually increase this as I gain more experience and reviews, however I always aim to keep my lessons affordable and accessible. My priority is to support people in improving their Spanish in a way that feels comfortable, personal, and good value for money.
