About Andrea
Whether you have decided to learn this language because you love Élite or La Casa de Papel, enjoy dancing reggueton or La Rosalía or have been traveling in South America or Spain I am here to help.
I was born in Colombia and grew up in Spain. This means that I am used to the wide variety of the Spanish language. When I moved last year to Glasgow to start my degree in Molecular and cellular biology with Biotechnology, I didn't expect to find so many people wanting to learn Spanish!!!
Back in Spain I used to teach Spanish from zero to exchange students staying in Madrid to help them to adapt to our wonderful culture (note that in Spain is rare to find English speakers so if you want to communicate you really need to speak Spanish).
In addition, as part of a volunteer programme I helped kids with their Spanish homework (among other disciplines). So if you think you have an acceptable level of Spanish but would like to be keen on grammar, writing and reading I'm your type of teacher.
Finally, if what you want is to speak as fluent as a native (so people don't notice you are a guiri) and would like to have an A1 in all your Uni Spanish assessments, I can help you masterize more advance features of this language.
*Note that I haven't had a writing mistake since I was in primary school and I always get the highest grades in my oral presentations!!

I hated languages classes because I thought they were so boring. How I learnt English is a funny story. This is the reason why I try to make my classes as fun, interactive and dynamic as possible. You will have brief homework like listening to specific songs or watching videos. I will give you all the material you need so don't worry about textbooks.
