About Marion
Bonjour! My name is Marion - I was born in Paris and lived in French-speaking Switzerland for two years. I am passionate about languages and in 2024 I completed a degree in French Studies and English Literature at the University of Melbourne. I also have a registered ABN for my tutoring business, and my achievements/experience include: French Assistant at Geelong Grammar School 2(concealed information)0 ATAR (2019) Dux of VCE French at Camberwell High School 2018 B2 DELF French Exam (2016) In my spare time, my hobbies are: Music (violin, guitar, singing), Celtic history & culture, Visual arts (painting, collages) and Fashion.

I cover all areas of language learning: speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary and cultural knowledge. I use a wide range of resources and also enjoy making my own. I have experience working with both the Australian and the IB curriculum. The typical length of my lessons is 1 hour, and they are best suited to secondary school students (Years 7-12). However, I have also worked with adults preparing for the DELF exam.
