About Roman

Hello! I’m a bilingual English and Italian speaker, born and raised in London. I have 5 years of teaching experience and have taught students of all ages and levels in multiple countries.

Outside of teaching, I love travelling and experiencing different cultures. This has given me the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life. I’m also an athlete and have a keen interest in health, fitness, and sports.

I’m naturally curious, and enjoy learning, about a wide range of subjects. These include economics, history, business, and psychology. I bring these interests into my lessons whenever possible, as I believe the best conversations happen when you’re genuinely interested in the topic.

My goal is to make learning English enjoyable, practical, and relevant to you. Whether we’re discussing travel, sport, business, current affairs, or everyday life, I want my students to feel comfortable expressing themselves and developing confidence in English.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching is friendly, personalised, and focused on building confidence as well as improving English skills.
I have taught students of all ages and levels, from complete beginners to advanced learners. I adapt each lesson to the individual student’s goals, learning style, and level.

Lessons might focus on conversational English, professional English, creative writing, grammar, school work, vocabulary, fluency, or building confidence in everyday communication. I believe lessons should be practical and engaging, giving students plenty of opportunities to speak, and use, English naturally.

I deliver my online lessons through Preply and Google Meet, they are suitable for 1-2 students. They usually last 50 minutes, giving us enough time to focus on your goals while keeping the lesson engaging and productive.
