About Justin
I am a language teacher with over 8 years of experience offering classes and tutoring to learners of English as a foreign language.
I have had a wide variety of students in terms of skill levels (from early beginner to advanced) and in terms of goals (improve pronunciation, vocabulary, writing skills, etc).
In addition to my teaching background, I am an international development professional with a degree in Economics from Georgetown University.

My methodology focuses on the student communicating actively in English, as this is the only way languages can be learned. Students will spend the majority of class-time with me either speaking or writing in English. All of my exercises and instruction will be focused on the student learning to communicate; I do not spend much time on passive or purely theoretical instruction.
I also customize all of my lesson plans to the specific needs and learning styles of each of my students.
