About Lydie
I grew up and graduated near Paris. I trained and qualified as a secondary teacher of modern languages in London, at the Institute of Education, in 2000. I have since worked in a variety of schools, state and independent, including two of the most successful schools in the country for the last 10 years. I have also worked overseas in Africa and Asia in International school and have gained experience of IB and IGCSE. I know all exams requirements very well and having so much experience allows me to target the right level for my students. I have decided to take a break from teaching full time while I relocate with my family but would love to continue to teach and help students reach their goals.

Lessons should be of 45 minutes ideally. Homework is important as it allows feedback and learning from errors. Lessons are 100% in French ( for Alevel and IB) or a mix of French and English for GCSE/IGCSE.
