About Matthias
Hello! My name is Matthias, and I am a native German speaker with an international academic background and a passion for teaching languages. I enjoy helping students gain confidence in German through supportive, engaging, and personalized lessons adapted to their goals and learning style.
I believe language learning should be practical, motivating, and enjoyable. Whether you are learning German for school, work, travel, exams, or personal interest, I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where you can progress step by step with confidence.
I work with beginners, intermediate learners, advanced students, professionals, and university students, and I focus on helping each student improve communication, pronunciation, grammar, and real-world language skills.

My teaching approach is patient, structured, and personalized to each student’s goals, level, and learning style. I combine conversational practice with grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and real-life communication to help students build both confidence and fluency.
A typical lesson includes speaking exercises, practical dialogues, pronunciation training, grammar explanations, vocabulary expansion, and interactive practice adapted to the student’s needs. I also provide support for school assignments, exam preparation, professional communication, and travel German.
What sets me apart is my international academic background, analytical teaching style, and ability to explain complex language concepts clearly and calmly. I create a supportive and motivating learning environment where students can progress at their own pace.
Lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced learners, high school and university students, professionals, travelers, and anyone interested in improving their German for academic, professional, or personal purposes.
