About Brooklyn
I’m a certified nutrition professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences and advanced training through nationally recognized functional medicine programs. I’m currently earning multiple board certifications in nutrition and functional medicine, and I’ve worked in clinical wellness settings where I help clients understand labs, metabolism, digestion, hormones, and real-life nutrition habits. My background allows me to take complex science and turn it into simple, fun lessons that finally make nutrition click.
