About Pearl
I am a volleyball coach for ignite elite volleyball club. USAAcertified I have also coached for multiple other locations. I have played volleyball since I was 7 years old also played in elementary, highschool and won state and district championships and have also played in college.

Hi I am Pearl !
The sooner kids start playing, the more skilled they will become. The key to working with kids is to keep it fun and give lots of encouragement. With the right level of focus and discipline that anything can be accomplished. In the past, I have worked with all ages when it comes to volleyball. Communication is key with me, I structure my lessons based on the individual or the group and can provide high-intensity.
To Teach each player that as their coach, you want them to learn and become better until they can succeed. My teaching methodology revolves around each player and what is best to make them become one of the best players at there age, so there is a lot of mindfulness and analysis that goes in to learning new skills or concepts. But the key is to show each player how good they can be, all they need is that extra push for someone to believe in them!
