I am a current student in NUIG with a passion for healthy living and lifestyle. I am a past All Ireland swimmer , and believe swimming has an positive impact on people’s lifestyles and is a great skill to have in life .

My teaching method focuses on drills to help improve stroke and confidence in the water whilst also enjoying and changing up each session. I also incorporate some lifesaving skills , which I believe are essential to know whilst spending time in water.
