About Quyncee
I am a paramedic and registered nurse with extensive experience across prehospital, emergency department, and educational settings. My path into healthcare was shaped by real-life moments that highlighted the power of compassion, calm leadership, and decisive action during crisis. I have worked in high-acuity, fast-paced environments where adaptability, teamwork, and sound clinical judgment are essential.
As both a paramedic and RN, I bridge the gap between field medicine and hospital care, giving me a unique systems-level perspective on patient outcomes. I am especially passionate about serving rural and underserved communities, where access to care is limited and providers must be resourceful and resilient. Education and mentorship are central to my practice. I value hands-on learning, evidence-based care, and developing confident, compassionate clinicians who are prepared for real-world challenges.
