About Eliza
Hi! My name is Eliza, and I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). I will be starting my Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) residency, where I’ll be caring for critically ill children and working in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. I’m passionate about nursing education and helping students truly understand the “why” behind nursing concepts, not just memorize information. Throughout nursing school, I developed strong skills in clinical judgment, prioritization, pharmacology, and critical care fundamentals, and I love breaking down complex topics into clear, manageable pieces. As a tutor, I focus on: NCLEX & NGN-style clinical reasoning Med-Surg, Pharmacology, Fundamentals, and Pediatrics Critical care basics (prioritization, safety, early recognition of deterioration) Study strategies tailored to each student’s learning style I strive to create a supportive, encouraging, and judgment-free learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed in nursing school or preparing for the NCLEX, I’m here to help you succeed. I look forward to supporting you on your nursing journey!
