I will correct nutrition habits,food quality and safety, methods of preservation, processing and handling, food preparation and eating to help him/her make the best choice of foods for an adequate diet,also trainnee properly for good health, diet and nutrition practices.
Supplying menus, best diet recipes, and meal-planning support to students. Monitoring students over time and keeping track of their progress
In our nutrition facts, four important components are the four C's I mentioned before (creativity, communication, collaboration, and critical thinking)
i will teach more on 5 crucial components of nutrition - carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals must be consumed in necessary quantities every day.
