About Holly

I bring a wide range of professional performance and teaching experience to my work. Most recently, I served as Production Cast Vocalist Vocal Captain and Swing with Celebrity Cruises Entertainment, where I performed in a variety of rotating production shows, led singer installations, upheld production standards, and conducted rehearsals and concerts for guest ensembles. I was a featured vocalist for the summer season at Quisisana Resort, and have taught voice lessons through Oklahoma City University, working with students across a range of styles. I hold dual Bachelor of Music degrees in Vocal Performance and Music Theater, and am a two-time finalist in the Texoma Region of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) Competition.

About the lesson

I’m Holly Parker, a performer based in New York City, and I’m thrilled to be a part of your creative journey! Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your skills, I offer personalized voice lessons (beginner to advanced), beginner piano instruction, and acting coaching tailored to your goals.

As a versatile singer, I specialize in a wide range of styles. This includes classical/opera, musical theatre, pop, and rock—and I love helping students explore their own unique sound. I offer private lessons in-home or in-studio, available in 30 or 60-minute sessions. Whether you are training to sing professionally, or as a creative hobby, I am thrilled to collaborate with you and help you find material that you love! If meeting in person, I request partial payment for our studio space. (I find the lowest rate possible to stay budget-friendly!)

I believe that confident, expressive singing begins with healthy technique and a solid foundation in music theory. I work with students of all ages and am passionate about creating a fun, supportive space to grow and thrive as an artist. Let’s make music together!

Deadly! My daughter loves her classes with Holly who is highly skilled, great at communicating with children and very encouraging. My daughter is eager for classes and comes back beaming and happy with the ability to recognize where to improve and knowing how to do so.
