About Sarah
I am a New York State certified visual arts teacher who has been teaching studio art, digital design, video game design, 3D modeling, and animation for 2 years to high schoolers in Brooklyn. Prior to that, I taught college students at Stony Brook University for 3 years. I am a self-taught digital artist and professionally trained traditional artist. I have an extensive painting and drawing background, which gives me a unique perspective on digital arts teaching and creation.

When you take an animation lesson with me, we will start with all of the absolute basics. 3D animation looks daunting, but all it is is a repeated set of skills and actions. Once you do it a few times you’ll be flying through creating your own short films, ads, and more. We will focus on all the technical skills you’ll need to master 3D animation, work together to create helpful cheat sheets, and create some pretty cool projects.
