About Howard
My name is Howard Ng and I have a great story to tell. Over the course of two decades, I’ve built a career in classical music that has brought me around the world. Having settled down in Singapore, I want to share my knowledge with students, helping them avoid the pitfalls and challenges that I have had to face as a young learner.

Lessons are typically one hour, where one can expect to learn things ranging from oboe technique, instrument maintenance, performance practice, music history, music theory, solo and ensemble repertoire etc. If you have a specific goal in mind (e.g. direct school admissions, graded exams, preparing for a concert, need help for school CCA), we can work out a plan to help you grow into a better musician!
