About Miqueas
I am a student at Oxford University. During sixth form, I volunteered with my local music trust in helping give workshops to younger students who had recently started playing wind instruments, and helping backstage at concerts, competitions, and other events.
I have extensive experience in tutoring, beginning from sixth form. I tutored students in modern languages, and mentored LGBT students undergoing difficulties with their identity. I also volunteered as a teaching assistant at a local primary school during my last year of school.
In terms of practical experience, I was principal oboe in the Northamptonshire County Youth Orchestra and County Wind Ensemble for 3 years, the County Youth Concert Band for 1 year, and the oboist for the Malcolm Arnold Wind Quintet for 2 years.
