About Alex
I’m Alex — a coach, communicator, and public sector professional with a background in law enforcement and government work. My career has trained me to think clearly under pressure, navigate complex situations, and communicate with purpose: whether in conflict, negotiation, or high-stakes decision-making. Over the years, I’ve learned that most people don’t need more information, they need better tools, sharper thinking, and someone who can help them cut through the noise. That’s where I come in. I started offering coaching because I kept meeting people who were smart, capable, and full of potential, but held back by self-doubt, poor communication habits, or lack of structure. My goal is to help people move past that. To help them speak up, think more clearly, and lead with more confidence in everyday life. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress, real, practical, honest growth.

I offer structured, results-driven coaching built on real-world experience. Working within a UK government body, I’ve been trained to operate in high-pressure situations where communication, clarity, and emotional control aren't optional, they’re essential. That experience directly shapes how I teach: with discipline, precision, and a focus on what actually works under pressure. I bring both formal and lived experience to the table — trained in communication and leadership, with a background in high-pressure environments where clarity and presence are essential. I've worked with adults of all ages, young professionals, and teens preparing for interviews, speeches, or major life transitions. Whether you're looking to develop your voice, navigate conflict better, or simply gain more control over how you think and express yourself, this is for you. Beginners welcome. So are those who’ve been through a lot and just want a better way forward.
