About Charlie
I am a university student who has studied Sports Science and Coaching level 3 and a player development coach of under 11s. I have experience of playing under a one on one football coach and also a few experiences of getting into local teams and the knowledge of how to overcome certain common challenges

My method is to teach in a personal but professional approach and to be kind and respectful as possible with anyone who may have certain disabilities or difficulties. I will always be truthful but always make sure there is a positive in every situation. I'll base my classes off the mental aspect of football and decision making and give guidance in how to apply them. Additionally, for my fitness side, I'll base my classes off techniques, training plans, nutrition advice and personal knowledge and experience that worked for me and may for others.
