About Skye
I have 5 years of Fitness and Bodybuilding experience and am currently an Exercise Science and Sports Conditioning student.
My passion for my studies has led me to do a health and fitness blog (since I am also a qualified english teacher).
I've worked for Virgin Active as well as for Planet Fitness.

I prefer to tutor my students individually according to their personality and needs.
I tutor or mentor fitness and bodybuilding to adults between the ages of 18 and 35 years old.
Fitness and bodybuilding lessons taught are anywhere from beginner to college level.
With 5 years in the industry, I'm sure i'll get you to your goal in no time! Lessons include practical gym exercises/advice and learning to understand how the body and it's muscular system works from the inside out.
