About Alfonso
I’m a high level athlete in sailing. With special knowledge in optimist, where I have competed and won in many Spanish, Irish and British Nationals, as well as in various european championships. I have also competed at a high level in in Lasers going to both national and international championships. Lastly I have competed in IQfoil, which is a hidrofoil windsurfing class that currently is part of the olympics.

After teaching sailing at my local yatch club in Valencia for many years, as well as being a sailing instructor for 3 years at a summer camp in the USA and competing at a high level in Optimist, Lasers and windsurfing in both national and international competitions I have gotten the experience needed to teach both kids and adults of all levels. I like to start and end my classes with some theory practice to reinforce what we do in the water.
